Lake View Athletics Registration

2020 Soccer Registration coming soon!!

Registration for the 2020 Lake View Soccer will run from May 1st – Jun 1st, and can be printed out and mailed in, or completed online at

The cost of the program for the 2020 season has not been set yet but will be published soon.

Starting June 1st, registrants will be assessed a $10 late fee. We will accept late registrants up until we hit our MAX division size, which is based on how many parents we have volunteer to coach.

We offer a few discounts to help our families offset costs. We will continue to offer our Family Plan Discount for families with 3 or more players. You will receive a $10 discount for each player. Last season we offered a income-based scholarship for low-income families. Beginning this season, we will start offering a 20% Military discount. A DD-214, or a valid Department of Defense (DOD) or Department of Veterans Affairs ID can be provided as documentation of eligibility. For additional information, please inquire.

Teams play a minimum of 12 games during the season which runs from August 3rd (Opening Day), through the end of the season on October 1st. Players in our Competitive divisions (ages 7+), will have the opportunity to play in our playoffs starting October 2nd.

Teams play an average of two games a week, but based on the schedule, there may be instances where a team plays as many as 3 games in a week, or as few as one. We will hold no games from September 1st through the 5th as the first week of school can be very tough for our players and their families. The breakdown of the Divisions are as follows:

Instructional: 4-5    3            Tu/Th/Sat
Squirt: 5-6                 3            M/W/F/Sat
Rookie: 7-8               4            Tu/Th/Sat
Midget: 9-10             4            M/W/F/Sat
Minor: 11-12              4            M/W/F/Sat
Major: 13-16              5            Tu/Th/Sat

Jerseys will be provided by the league and will be distributed to coaches in July. It is mandatory that your child wear shin guards for all games and practices. Also, please bring a PROPERLY INFLATED soccer ball to ALL games and practices. Spikes are not mandatory, but they are HIGHLY recommended.

Once we play in the rain, you will see the need. Also, please try to make sure you have SOCCER spikes. Baseball spikes have a toe spike that can hurt when it hits a shin, arm, or other appendage.

Weekday games start at 6:30 PM, and Saturday games will start at either 9:30 or 11:00 AM. Towards the end of the season in late September, weekday start times will be pushed to 6:15 PM to accommodate for less daylight. All players are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the game to practice with their teams.

Players will be assigned to teams typically by the beginning of July. At that time, an email will be sent out to all coaches and families with their rosters. Coaches can start holding practices whenever they like. Most teams typically hold a 2-4 practices before the season starts in August, but we leave that to the coach’s discretion.
